Bring your at-work community together this Mental Health Awareness Week with the help of our Checklist Challenge Printouts! Intended to be circulated amongst your teams as a fun, simple way to boost employee wellbeing and build connection and camaraderie.

Taking place from 12th-18th May 2025, the theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is ‘community’.

A4 print out with a community checklist challenge on itThis year’s campaign encourages us to acknowledge and celebrate the importance of supportive communities to our individual and collective mental health — providing us with a sense of belonging, safety, support in hard times, shared purpose and joy. At work, this looks like a culture of inclusion, mutual respect, and psychological safety.

When there is a strong sense of community in the workplace — as informed by the above principles — individuals, teams and businesses thrive. Psychologically safe cultures are correlated to improved employee wellbeing, performance, collaboration, and innovation.

Our Checklist Challenge Printout is designed to help your team actively foster a culture of community and positive mental health, and includes thoughtful prompts to inspire kindness, gratitude, and open conversations among your team.

Download and print your Mental Health Awareness Week printouts, ready for the week ahead! Or, download our snazzy postcard version if you have access to professional printing.

How we created the printout

This printout is based on the content from several of Luminate’s workshops and webinars, including Overcoming Loneliness, Building Psychological Safety Within Your Teams, The Benefits of Kindness and Building Stronger Teams. These sessions focus on getting teams involved and invested in creating kinder, collaborative, more constructive and cohesive work environments, offering practical tools and takeaways.

If building team morale, fostering psychological safety and/or creating a stronger at-work community is on your wellbeing agenda this year, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with one of our Wellbeing Consultants here.
