Imposter syndrome can be linked to low-confidence, anxiety, and perfectionism. Meaning that to tackle it, we must gain insight into the thinking patterns behind it. In this session, we aim to identify some tools we can use to manage those thought-patterns and overcome the feeling that we don’t deserve our successes.
