Mindfulness: Beyond The Basics

In this session we look at deepening our understanding of mindfulness and how we can bring it practically into our everyday lives.

Over the last 30 years, academic research in the fields of neuroscience and psychology have documented the wide-ranging benefits of learning to meditate.

Although mindfulness is a practice often touted for its stress relieving benefits, we now know it can offer much more than that; including reducing the risk of mental illness, improving emotional regulation, working memory, and focus.


Webinars/Seminars: 60-minutes (for groups of up to 100)
Interactive workshops: 90-minutes (for groups of up to 16)


• Understanding your inner states, thoughts, and feelings
