Mental Wealth

One in four doctors' notes issued is now mental health-related and as it becomes increasingly difficult to remain ‘mentally wealthy,’ we need to find new solutions to tackle this problem. Preventative strategies are, by far, the most effective - meaning early education is key.

By investing in some simple, proactive behaviours, we can give ourselves the best chance of staying in good mental health - helping us feel like we are thriving at work and beyond.

In this session, we aim to build a deeper understanding of mental health and the factors that affect it. We will explore our psychological needs and introduce some simple strategies that can help us look after our wellbeing.
