Menopause is a natural part of life, lasting from a few months to over a decade for some. Research shows that almost half of those that experience strong menopausal symptoms feel their work-life is negatively impacted.

In this session we will focus specifically on how workplaces can support and empower people experiencing the menopause, alongside some practical tips to help individuals manage symptoms.

We will close with a confidential Q&A session – allowing you to create a safe space for your team from tomorrow.

This session is delivered by qualified Menopause Therapist and owner of Menobliss, Gill Hamrebtan.

Interactive workshops: 90-minutes  (for groups of up to 16)
