Finding balance as a working mother can be challenging, making us feel like we’re neither excelling at work or at home. Societal expectations on mothers are unfairly high, which only increases feelings of guilt around the transition of returning to work.
During this session, we focus on celebrating our wins through this challenging period, reframing our thinking to better recognise our strengths both at work and at home, and finally trying to carve out some time to prioritise our own self-care.
