Overuse of technology can leave us feeling time-starved, overwhelmed, and unproductive, making it harder to get quality work done in the office and do the things we love outside of work.

This session is all about learning to 'switch off.' Through some simple tried and tested techniques, we can learn to take a break from our devices and reclaim our time, creating lives that are healthier and more fulfilling.
