A series of seminars to help you understand how to build better financial wellbeing and take back control of your finances by re-framing how you think about money.

Feeling out of control when it comes to our finances can have a significant impact our wellbeing. That’s why we have created a series of seminars on money and mental health in partnership with financial coach, Emma Waller, and The Money Charity.

By making some small, achievable changes, you can start to build a financial future that leaves you with a sense of security, comfort and ease and reduces the feelings of stress and anxiety you may feel around money.

Course Structure


A 50-minute presentation in which discussion and interaction is encouraged throughout - with 10-minutes at the end for a dedicated Q&A.


An hour and a half presentation in which in which questions and discussions are encouraged throughout, with various exercises and case studies incorporated to embed learnings.



Our Financial Wellbeing sessions can be delivered both virtually (via video conference) or in-person by our Financial Coach (accommodating groups both large and small, dependent on the space available at your workplace).

• We can accommodate groups of up to 16
