Feeling out of control when it comes to our finances can have a significant impact our wellbeing. That’s why we have created a series of seminars on money and mental health in partnership with financial coach, Emma Waller, and The Money Charity.
By making some small, achievable changes, you can start to build a financial future that leaves you with a sense of security, comfort and ease and reduces the feelings of stress and anxiety you may feel around money.

Available for groups of up to 100*
A 50-minute presentation in which discussion and interaction is encouraged throughout - with 10-minutes at the end for a dedicated Q&A.
An hour and a half presentation in which in which questions and discussions are encouraged throughout, with various exercises and case studies incorporated to embed learnings.
Our Financial Wellbeing sessions can be delivered both virtually (via video conference) or in-person by our Financial Coach (accommodating groups both large and small, dependent on the space available at your workplace).

These sessions are designed for workplaces and are suitable for staff at all levels.
I just wanted to share a quick note and thank Mel and Jana for organising our Mental Health Workshops. Jana did a fantastic job and was really engaging in all three sessions delivered. We found the content incredibly useful. Two of the three sessions were delivered globally via a webinar format and were greatly received. We engaged Luminate to run mental health awareness training with our managers. Mel’s delivery style was very positive and we felt the training had the desired positive impact.
