Eating For The Menopause

The menopause is a natural event in women’s lives, but often a forgotten one to those around the women experiencing it.

Advice on what to eat during this time is often conflicting, therefore this session aims to ‘myth-bust’ and provide clear guidance on how women can have less disruptive symptoms by eating well.

In this session, we will focus on the three main stages of the menopause, providing small, easy changes that can make a huge difference.

Workshops: 90-minutes (for groups of up to 16)
