17.9 million working days were lost in the past year due to work related stress, depression or anxiety (Labour Force Survey, 2020). As increasing research shows the link between what we eat and our mood, having the ability to ‘eat happy’ could help us lower the stressors that have such a huge impact on our lives.
In this session, we will look at ‘nutritional psychiatry’ and the ways in which we can support our brain through nutrition, helping us align our eating to support a healthy life with less stress.
