Building Self Compassion

Many of us would never speak to a friend the way we speak to ourselves; we treat others with a patience and compassion we rarely extend to number one.

When our inner bully takes hold, it can affect our confidence, self-esteem, and emotional wellbeing. We might have even gone further and built some of our negative self-talk into our core beliefs about ourselves.

In this session, we explore the components of an intentional self-compassion practice and look at the benefits of developing and a gentler, kinder, and more nurturing inner voice.

Interactive workshops: 90-minutes (for groups of up to 16)
