We know that mental and physical health are intrinsically linked, and that if we eat well, move more, and create some simple, healthy habits, we are much more likely to live a life where we thrive and flourish...

Yet often we struggle to do this.

This session teaches attendees how our cognitive systems affect our behaviour and habits. We address why we struggle to achieve our health goals and show you how redesigning our habits can help us improve our diets, levels of movement, and sleep quality - which will, in turn, help us build a more resilient mind and body.

Webinars/Seminars: 60-minutes  (for groups of up to 100)
Interactive workshops: 90-minutes  (for groups of up to 16)
