In order to feel happier in our day-to-day lives, we need to reassess our priorities and focus on creating long-term fulfilment for ourselves.

In this session, we look at how we can bring more happiness and fulfilment into our lives, so we can live lives where we are thriving and flourishing, both at work and beyond.
