Lia Younes
Therapist and Facilitator
Lia Younes has supported the mental health of children and adults for almost 20 years, in a variety of different settings.

With a background in Psychology, Lia qualified as an Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist at IATE (Institute for Art in Therapy and Education) after an early career in the education.

She has delivered a range of workshops to organisations across a variety of sectors in both the UK and the US -where she lived for a time - alongside offering one-to-one sessions in her private practice that she now runs in London.

Lia is a professional member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), ensuring good ethical practice and ongoing professional development. Her particular interests are in the neuroscience of attachment, as well as using the creative arts as a way to nurture one’s wellbeing.
