Jana Nightingale
Senior Facilitator and Coach
Jana has spent 13 years raising awareness and educating people worldwide about taking care of their wellbeing at work and beyond, delivering sector-spanning sessions to corporate clients, charities, government departments and universities.

As a mental health and wellbeing trainer, facilitator and coach, Jana delivers psychology, mental health, wellbeing, neuroscience and professional development courses in diverse, international settings. She is passionate about creating safe spaces for people of all professional backgrounds to reflect, evolve, and feel empowered to make practical and positive change.

Jana is also an experienced mindfulness and meditation teacher and has taught these disciplines in a wide variety of public and private sector environments. Using mindfulness tools, Jana has a particular interest in helping individuals and organisations cut through the distractions and resistance that can prevent us from reaching our full potential, as well as reconnecting with the natural world.

Jana is a Psychosynthesis coach and counsellor, qualified with BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and PDF (Professional Development Foundation) accreditations at post-graduate level (3yr).

Alongside delivering training sessions, Jana also has a keen interest in the research and development of new training, covering topics that feel current and relevant in the ever-evolving wellbeing conversation.

Before moving into the world of wellbeing education, Jana ran an international wellbeing events company, working with well-known partners like Ruby Wax, Claudia Hammond, and Psychologies Magazine.

Jana lives in rural Kent with her husband and son - you’ll find her talking all things wellbeing @jana.nightingale on Instagram and jananightingale.com.
