Meet the Team

About us
We work with a network of experienced facilitators, coaches and counsellors, who all share a passion to improve the mental health and wellbeing of others. They each bring something unique to the team that, in turn, helps us help others.
Founded in 2015 by Melissa Crate, Luminate's mission remains simple and steadfast: to help dramatically improve mental health in the workplace.

Our team does this by coaching business-leaders on how to create psychologically safe workplaces and by training employees to better support their own mental health and that of others - improving wellbeing from the top down and bottom up.
