Luminate have a new addition! Introducing James Burke, our new Business Development Manager and, quite possibly, the most enthusiastic human you’ll ever meet! ☺️
Coming from a background in Functional Medicine and Performance Coaching, James has been working to optimise his clients’ physical and mental health for just over a decade and remains endlessly curious about and excited by new wellbeing practices and developing trends.
We sat down with James earlier this month, to get to know him a little better:
Initially, to help my mother with depression.
1. Speak to one friend every day.
2. Drink lots of water throughout the day to avoid brain fog.
3. Take 5-minutes to breathe whenever I need to.

The Revolution Health Radio podcast. The host, Chris Kresser, has a bit of a boring voice but, if that doesn’t bother you too much, it’s full of amazing, unbiased info about lifestyle and nutrition.
I was blown away by the Mental Health First Aid course, with Ryan Ridway as my group’s instructor. It was truly eye-opening.
Wake up listening to the sound of waves, swim in the warm sea at sunrise. Breakfast, then hike up a mountain. Dinner on a terrace in Rome, followed by the opera in Austria.

Travelling, fingers crossed moving to a new house in the country, and completing more charity challenges - my Movember fundraiser is in full flow at the moment – 14 miles down, 46 miles to go!
