Time to Talk Day is here! Today (Thursday 3 February) presents workplaces and individuals alike with the opportunity to start conversations about mental health.

It’s a chance to perhaps: check-in on the wellbeing of your team after a dreary January, reach out to that friend who’s been a bit quiet lately, or get back in touch with the neighbour you were helping over lockdown but haven’t spoken to since.talk mental health

An initiative from Rethink Mental Illness and Mind, Time To Talk Day establishes that simply talking and listening can make a significant – and even lifesaving – impact on individual mental health. These conversations help breakdown stigma and show us, and those around us, that support and compassion are out there.

However, we understand that talking about mental health can be daunting, especially at work… That is why we have created an easy-to-follow guide to having these all-important conversations.

Available as a postcard, to be printed and circulated within your workplace, join us this Time To Talk Day in starting a conversation about mental health today.
